Integrated with BAM, the Complaint Tracking Module (CTM) is designed for Medicare plans to manage and process complaints filed with CMS. This Medicare appeal and grievance management software provides the tracking and resolution of complaints and issues related to the CTM.

Health Insurance Casework System (HICS)

The Health Insurance Casework System is designed for commercial insurers to support the HICS process and provides the tracking and resolution of complaints and issues related to the health plan (e.g., identity verification, eligibility determinations, denials, appeals, etc.).

Our Plan has been using BAM since 2015. Since using new technology can be challenging at times, we love that it is very user-friendly and allows for customization. We can create our own reports and dashboards with access to support from a dedicated Beacon HCS employee. We originally switched from MedHok based on costs but we have gained much more value in the process.
