Automate the process end-to-end from receipt of the enrollment application (from any source, paper or online) through eligibility verification with CMS MARx, and from CMS transaction files to final acceptance, including member correspondence and updates to downstream systems. Enrollment Manager is designed for Medicare Advantage and Part D plans, including SNPs and MMPs. Other lines of business are on the near-term roadmap.

Beacon Enrollment Manager allows you to auto-adjudicate a clean enrollment process from the time you receive the beneficiary’s application until you acknowledge their enrollment in your plan, and completely through to updating all of your statuses and your downstream systems.
100% auto-adjudication. That’s our goal with our healthcare application software. The only time an enrollment processor needs to touch an application is if an application errors out. That application will automatically be queued for manual review. Once resolved by an assigned team member, the application is automatically returned to the automated workstream to continue through the process.
Fast Implementation to Manage and Measure Enrollment
With Enrollment Manager healthcare application software, you can also lookup sales agents’ applications and monitor sales performance and compliance. All required letters are automatically generated when triggered by a Transaction Reply Code (TRC) or internal change. Completed letters are placed into an automated letter queue and batching process for quality and audit review and release to the print fulfillment system.
Beacon Enrollment Manager includes comprehensive reporting tools. Standard reports for performance management and compliance monitoring are included. Ad-hoc and custom reports are easily done using our Medicare advantage enrollment software with the built-in reporting tool.
Implementation can be done as quickly as 30 days, depending on the membership data.
