Alan Krigstein

Alan Krigstein, former EVP and CFO of Independence Blue Cross of Philadelphia, is a finance professional with over 35 years of experience in insurance and healthcare. He is known for his leadership and fiscal discipline. Alan sits on six boards, including GeoBlue and Beacon Healthcare Systems, and has served on eight other boards. Currently, he is the CFO for Philadelphia Soccer 2026, responsible for financial functions supporting the 2026 FIFA World Cup events in Philadelphia. Alan advises the Board of Directors and Executive Management Team.

Bill McKinney

William (Bill) McKinney is Staff VP of Corporate Development and Commercialization at Elevance Health. He assumed his current role in December 2020. Bill is an innovative leader with a background in top-tier consulting and executive roles at a Fortune 500 company, he drives growth through smart strategy across product, marketing, and distribution.Known for turning complex insights into practical solutions, Bill uncovers deep consumer needs and leads with curiosity and creativity. A recognized “talent magnet,” he builds high-performing teams, champion diversity and inclusion, and deliver lasting impact for both businesses and communities.

Lisa Rubino

Lisa Rubino, former President of Molina Healthcare of California and Senior VP of Blue Shield of California, currently serves on the boards of Beacon Healthcare Systems and SafeRide Health. She advises Helpful and Redesign Health. With nearly 45 years of managed care experience, she has extensive knowledge in operations, compliance, risk management, finance, and post-acquisition integration. Lisa holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Criminology from California State University, Long Beach.

Randall P. Herman

Randy Herman boasts over 40 years in the health insurance field, having founded and led five successful healthcare firms, all acquired by industry leaders. Through Pine Grove Management, he and Dan Freier have financed and advised sixteen early-stage companies, achieving twelve successful exits. Randy has also held senior roles at UnitedHealth Group, InnovaCare Health, and Deloitte. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Randy holds Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Minnesota, Duluth.

Steven V. Cotton

Steve is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur, he began as CFO and Chief Development Officer at Panda Express, helping grow the brand from 5 to 300 locations. He later scaled a startup automotive company to $100M in revenue and served as CEO or advisor to multiple tech startups, leading each to profitability and growth. He co-founded CDK Ventures, a merchant banking firm focused on value creation. Known for driving innovation, he helped disrupt the Enterprise Business Services Monitoring space through his company FireScope.

Todd brings 22 years of experience in scaling SaaS-based companies within the health plan payer market. He has a proven track record of fostering strong client relationships and building high-performing teams. Todd joined Beacon Healthcare Systems from HighRoads, where he played a pivotal role in providing SaaS solutions for health plan design and modification. His extensive career includes significant contributions to sales and growth at HealthSparq, a web-based consumer enablement solution provider; InstaMed, which facilitates financial transactions among payers, members, and providers; DestinationRx, specializing in Medicare shopping for government and commercial programs; and Ingenix, known for its cost containment technology services. Todd is also an acting board member for Beacon Healthcare Systems.

Chris Mahoney

Chief Financial Officer

Chris Mahoney is a resourceful and results-driven senior finance executive with 25+ years of CFO-level experience leveraging keen financial expertise to create cost-efficient and sustainable financial results across both small and large corporate organizations. He consistently demonstrates the ability to critically evaluate and respond to rapidly evolving environments while identifying business-critical financial enhancements and developing proactive and actionable improvement initiatives.
Chris also utilizes business acumen and cross-functional communication skills to routinely produce sophisticated solutions and align all financial activities with strategic business goals. Chris has acquired and integrated businesses, assisted in raising millions in $30mm equity and debt through private placements, transformed a business from a Perpetual to a SaaS model, assisted in growing businesses from $250mm to $1bn, and has implemented Project Accounting systems, cost, and management information systems.

With over 20 years of senior leadership, strategic, and operational product management experience, Ayman brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Ayman is a seasoned technology leader with a proven track record of launching innovative products in new and existing markets, generating significant revenue streams, and creating profitable enterprises. His passion for building high-quality products and commitment to servant leadership have earned him a reputation for building trust and fostering collaborative, high-performing teams. Throughout his career, Ayman has demonstrated a deep understanding of software architecture and broad hands-on technical skills. He has successfully helped organizations succeed, with experience spanning startups and larger companies in the San Francisco Bay and Washington, D.C. metro areas.

Bevann Moreland

Senior Vice President of Market Leader Compliance, SDoH and UM

Bevann Moreland is responsible for strategy for Compliance, Supplemental Benefits / SdoH and UM. She brings more than two decades of executive experience focused on payer business operations and system implementation. Most recently, Bevann served as senior vice president of business operations and consumer services at Alignment Healthcare. Previously, Bevann served as corporate vice president of business operations at both SCAN Health Plan and HealthCare Partners overseeing member services, eligibility and claims as well as core system implementations at both of those companies.

Laurie Delgado

Vice President of Appeals & Grievances Market Leader: Appeals and Grievances

Laurie serves as the Vice President of Appeals & Grievances at Beacon Healthcare Systems. With more than 20 years of experience overseeing Medicare appeals and grievances for two of the nation’s largest and most highly respected health plans, she currently provides oversight of the company’s highly acclaimed Beacon Appeals Manager (BAM), the industry’s most intuitive and easy-to-use appeal and grievance tool.

Dick is a recognized expert in Medicare enrollment and reconciliation operations with proven results in working with plans to make Medicare operations more effective, efficient, and compliant with all CMS regulations.

Jared Zagorski

Vice President of Solutioning

Jared joined Beacon in January 2018, eager to apply his expertise in Health Plan Operations, Implementations, and Customer Support. He takes pride in leveraging his technical and business acumen to understand clients’ needs and desires, ultimately delivering key solutions to our supported products. As VP of Solutioning, Jared now leads our customer service team while also supporting the product and development teams in introducing new and more advanced functionalities to our products.

Brandon is an accomplished sales and relationship management professional with 18+ years of experience in payer healthcare revenue cycle services and HIT sales. He has expertise in consultative sales, building relationships with executive-level decision makers, and excelling in start-up and turnaround environments. Brandon also specializes in customer service, account retention, and innovative strategies to improve customer results and engage new clients.

Ken Stockman, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Beacon Healthcare Systems, is a seasoned healthcare executive with strong Payer and Provider experience focused on bringing innovative solutions to Government program revenue management, operations, compliance, and risk adjustment. Ken was an early leader in the Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment industry building a full suite of tools such as Full Enrollment, Member Reconciliation And Part D Platform to support the health plans’ initiatives in 2006 as co-founder and former CEO of Dynamic Healthcare Systems, Inc. His expertise in Risk Adjustment Strategy, Transaction Processing And Analytics positions him as a unique subject matter expert. Additionally, his experience in CMS Transaction Processing And Regulatory Requirements led to the successful design and implementation of industry-leading information systems.
